The passage of workers' compensation Senate Bill 228 and Labor Code 4610 requires every California employer to establish an internal utilization review(UR) program which must be on file with the Division of Workers Compensation(DWC).
RWI is pleased to offer UR services to employers & claim administrators in California. Our UR Management Plan, the required Policies and Procedures and an outline of our UR process, is on file with the DWC and is fully operational.
