RWI was the largest provider of vocational rehabilitation for nearly a decade in California, prior to the passage of SB 899, assisting countless injured employees successfully return to the work force. The company’s CFO is Carol Holub, who is also the Founder (her favorite title). Under Carol’s guidance, RWI has always been a leader in emphasizing the job development phase of the vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work process.
Under Carol’s leadership in the early 1990’s, the company began to provide managed care services and developed a medical management division. At this same time, our CEO, Sharon Douglas joined the company. She brought a wealth of claims management experience to the team and a focus on developing return-to-work and cost containment programs in the managed care arena.
As business partners, Carol and Sharon lead by example and set the standard for customer service excellence provided by a dedicated, talented and stable long term staff.
