Duties:
Performs prospective utilization review management services including
pre-admission certification, concurrent review and retrospective review. Make utilization decisions based on ACOEM, Medical Disability Advisor and other evidence based medicine.
On-site position in Escondido, CA. transitioning to home office. Training available.
Experience preferred:
3 years Clinical nursing. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation. Telephonic Case Management.
Education preferred:
RN, BSN, CCM, LVN

Duties:
Assists with prospective utilization management services including pre-admission certification, second surgical opinion, concurrent utilization review, retrospective utilization review, DRG validation, and other services. Researches utilization decisions based on ACOEM, Medical Disability Advisor, and Milliman Care criteria. On-site position in Escondido, CA. Training available.
